Never a Bridesmaid....

Yes I know the song lyrics are actually "Always a Bridesmaid, never a Bride," but our Book Club opted to read an autobiography this time and (because I'm a Vicar of Dibley fan) I suggested Dawn French's book 'Dear Fatty'.

Can a Wedding Blessing mirror a Wedding?

Hi,

I got married a few years ago in Hawaii and none of my family were able to attend!!! My mum is wanting to arrange a wedding blessing so both sides of the family can be there! Me and my husband are going to walk into church together, but would like attendants!! Is this possible! Also my mum would love me to wear my wedding dress as she never got to see me in it!!! Is this allowed??

Wedding Abroad, Blessing at Home?

Hello.

We are planning to get married in Sardinia next year but due to family would like to do a blessing in England. If we are legally married in Sardinia can we have a blessing anywhere and how do we go about finding someone to perform the ceremony?

Thanks.

Jo, Portsmouth.
