The Scottish Wedding Show beats the Crunch!

Record-breaking crowds attended Scotland’s largest wedding event, The Scottish Wedding Show, at the weekend (21 – 22 February).

Over 8500 brides-to-be, grooms, bridesmaids, mothers, friends and the occasional dad, visited the show at the SECC, Glasgow, where 300 companies presented everything needed to make the big day just perfect. The success of the event, follows hot on the heels of record-breaking crowds at sister-event, The Scottish Wedding Show Edinburgh, which took place at Ingliston earlier this month (7-8 February)

Susan Johnstone, the show organiser, is pleased with the results "We are delighted with the number of visitors to the show. There was a real fun atmosphere at the weekend and the catwalk show was bigger and better than ever."
