Wedding Ring symbolises love and life saving!

Whilst catching up on my wedding news from around the world, I came accross a news story from Brazil which amazed me.

According to the Brazillian media, a lucky pregnant pharmacy worker's wedding ring saved her life by deflecting a bullet during a robbery in Rio de Janeiro. The wedding ring deflected a bullet that would have hit her in the head. The woman, 32, was working in a pharmacy in Monte Alegre, in the north-eastern state of Sergpipe, when an armed man shot her at close range.

She instinctively raised her hands to protect her face and then fainted. Police said an investigation later found that the bullet had bounced off her wedding band, saving her life.

So there you have it. An argument against all those men who don't wear their wedding ring. You should wear a wedding band... it can save your life!
