Happiness is...in the DNA (who wrote yours?)

What is it that creates a happy person and hopefully a happy marriage? What is the secret ingredient?

Well according to the downbeat newspaper reports on the tenth anniversary of the invention of Viagra it's dawning on people that happiness has nothing to do with membership (sorry Bishop couldn't resist that) but everything to do with belonging.
Every survey seems to agree that having a solid network of loving family and friends around us is the top ingredient to happiness.

However a new report by scientists suggests that happiness is in the genes. The University of Edinburgh studied 900 sets of twins and concluded that there is a 'heritable component of happiness which can be entirely explained by genetic architecture of personality'.

Apparently, those of us with the right mix have a 'reserve' of happiness which can be called upon in times of stress. The rest of us have to work at it, suggest the researchers, by taking a long soak in the bath, a stroll in the park or phoning a friend.

just a question...who wrote your DNA???? Answers on a postcard...

Actually God did. TaDa!!! So why not say a quick thank you for your last laugh!
