Rev-ving up

The editor of this fabulous on-line magazine has invited me to contribute and I'm really excited to see such a great project go live.

As someone who loves marrying people (I'm a Vicar)I'm delighted to be involved. I think it's a huge privilege to conduct a wedding service and pray for a couple who are just starting out.

It's 30 years since I married Garry and marriage still feels good, so hopefully I'll be able to pass on a few tips. I can certainly answer any legal questions regarding the Church and hopefully my being here will encourage some people to consider getting married in church, even if it wasn't part of the original plan.

So ask away and I'll do my best to answer queries. And do feel free to ask for prayer - I'm very happy to oblige - it goes with the turf.
