What is the criteria to register on the electoral roll?

Hi,
Can you please confirm what the criteria is to register on a church electoral roll. i.e. Baptised and regular attendance to the church or is it as above as well as having to have been confirmed

You need to be over 16, be baptised and be a 'habitual worshipper' at the church
