What Parish am I in?

Dear Resident Reverend,
My partner and I have been together for 2 years but want to get married as soon as possible we have just had a baby girl.
How do I go about it I just want a small wedding nothing too fancy .I am based in
Hounslow London and don't know were the nearest parish is?
