Can we get married out of the parish?

Hiya I just wondered if you would be able to tell us if we would be able to marry outside our parish at the church by my partner's father's house?

It is a beautiful church and I've always dreamed of getting married at a church like it.

Ideally i would love to get married at the church I was baptised in but it is no longer open due to funding.
