Hi David
The basic cost laid down by the Church of England is £350. Churches then add on charges for things such as organist, verger, choirs, bells, flowers etc. But it varies from church to church and if you use a videographer the musicians charge double fees. You do have the right to ask for a breakdown of costs and you are not obliged to have any extras that you don't want.

Please pass my congratulations onto your daughter, I was married on August 28th 1976 - also a bank holiday and the day that the drought broke! Hope you have a lovely day
warmest regards
