Chef de la Maison’s food team meet with Nathan twice a week. They spend hours discussing new recipes. We try to develop at least 20 new ideas each month.
Fanatical about taste, the food team ensure our products are of the highest quality. Only the best quality and standards for each product. Chef de la Maison suppliers have to go to great lengths to meet our fanatically high standards.
Using natural ingredients our sandwiches, rolls & baguettes are made freshly everyday. We make them, we sell them, this is sacred to us. This way we can always ensure that we avoid preservatives and obscure chemicals in our mad hatter ranges of sandwiches, rolls & baguettes.
