marriage Blessing and double baptism for non church goers?

My husband and I got married in a registery office 4 years ago, it was a small affair and ever since we have felt bad that we did not do it 'properly'.

Since then we have had our eldest daughter baptised in Wales were we lived, but now we live in England and have had 2 more gorgeous children, the youngets being 9 weeks old.
Can they marry in the Church of England?

I wonder if you could help my sister . My sister is catholic and her fiance is Anglican. Due to the fact that her partner is divorced, they have been told they cannot be married in the catholic church.

As he is Anglican , can they be married in the church of England and does it have to be the parish he attends. This is causing a lot of strain for them as they both want a traditional wedding , and i was hoping i could help out by researching this option for them.

I would be grateful if you could be of assistance or at least point me in the right direction .

Co-Habiting before marriage

Dear resident Reverend,
My Fiance and I moving in together shortly. It looks as though this will end up being before the wedding (later this year.) I know that the bible suggests co-habiting outside marriage is wrong, what are the views of the vicar on this subject and will it have an effect on whether he will decide to marry us in a church.
