Bridesmaids' Dresses

Dear Elle,

I am tearing my hair out. I have been out with my 6 bridesmaids on two occasions to try to get them to try dresses on. We are getting married in April and I wanted the girls to wear a dark colour like purple or dark blue (not black). However, 2 of the girls are teenagers and have decided they want to wear knee length dresses, one of the adults is happy to wear a knee length dress but hates the top of her arms so wants to wear sleeves and my maid of honor wants to wear a full length dress without sleeves.
