Its a leap year!

With Valentine's day fast approaching ... many may be thinking of proposing. However, traditionally women are not supposed to propose to their intended unless it is a leap year. Well, I have good news for all you ladies hoping to ask your partner to marry you. On the 29th February, Women, traditionally have the option to propose, as it only happens every 4 years are you happy to wait another 4 years?

If you're not asked on Valentine's day - you can always propose on the 29th February.
