Jan Harney on Magic, Winter, and Dogs christening Snowmen

Up on the fields the lighting is magical. No wonder a photographer told us at Newlyweds-uk that he preferred shooting Winter Weddings.

The effects remind me of my friend Nigel Cox's paintings which have an ethereal look inspired by his Transglobe expedition.
His paintings are amazing and he often exhibits - why not put one on your wedding present list? It'd be a great investment.

It's on my wish list but for now I'll just enjoy the crunch of snow and watching the Hoolies (my three dogs) christen all the Snowmen. It could take off as a ministry.
